General terms and conditions for the accommodation contract

1. Please note our house rules (information folder), which are available in the apartment.

2. You will receive the keys from 2 pm on the day of arrival. The return must be made by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise additional costs must be borne. If a key is lost, the tenant has to bear the costs for a replacement lock with keys.

3. In the event of a later arrival (according to the date) or an earlier departure, the tenant is not entitled to reimbursement of parts of the rental price. Cancellation insurance is not included in our prices. However, it can be booked separately by you via our homepage (ERGO / ERV - Versicherung).

4thCancellations

0 to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge 100% of the rental price.

We charge 80% of the rental price 4 to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

From 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge 0% of the rental price.

We recommend Ergo travel insurance, more on our “Contact” page.

5. The tenant is not entitled to arrive with more people than specified. Bringing pets and keeping animals in the apartment is not allowed. A breach of this entitles the landlord to terminate the contract immediately and without notice.

6. The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items with care. He must notify the landlord of any damage caused by him and reimburse it. Electrical devices must be handled properly.

7. The tenant must behave in such a way that other tenants are not disturbed in their rest during their stay. (See rest periods in our house rules.)

8. The holiday apartment is to be handed over in a proper condition and swept clean on departure. The bed linen must be removed. (left side)

9. When leaving the holiday apartment, windows and balcony doors must be kept closed.

10. The items brought into the apartment are not considered items brought into the home within the meaning of Section 701 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Claims for compensation are excluded in the event of loss of valuables and money.

11. The landlord can terminate the rental agreement if the rental property is no longer available due to force majeure or for reasons for which he is not responsible.

12. All agreements must be in writing to be legally valid

13.In our house, pets are generally not allowed. All apartments are non-smoking.
